BEST DAY FOR TEAM GB

All anybody has been talking about today is the incredible achievements of team GB yesterday. Great Britain's greatest day at the Olympic Games in 104 years I believe. We won an amazing six gold medals throughout yesterdays games. It was crazy.

At the beginning of the day, Alex Gregory, Pete Reed, Tom James and Andrew Triggs-Hodge won gold in the men's rowing. Shortly after, Katherine Copeland and Sophie Hosking won gold in the woman's Lightweight Double Sculls.

We then triumphed at the cycling with Dani King, Laura Trott and Joanna Rowsell winning gold in the pursuit team race.

The big news came later in the day. There has been so much hype about Jessica Ennis and yesterday was the day it all came together for her. She won the gold in the heptathlon and it was so amazing. She seems so sweet and determined and lovely and I was truly happy for her. Before long, Greg Rutherford bagged the gold in long jump and Mo Farah won the 10,000 metres. It was unbelievable. It was so great to just hear the crowds going mad and to see the emotion of the athletes. The whole thing was so brilliant and unforgettable.
